Activities is your record of the things you have done — trips, experiences, days out, sporting events, concerts, meals, or anything else worth remembering. Add what you want, attach photos and documents, link the people who were there, and track what you spent.
If Strava is connected, your runs, rides, swims, and other workouts appear automatically alongside your manually logged activities.

- 🗓️ Date: when it happened (can be backdated to any past date)
- 🏷️ Type: the kind of activity — trip, experience, exercise, event, and more
- 📍 Location: add a location with map preview showing where it took place
- ⭐ Rating: score the activity out of 10 to record how much you enjoyed it
- 📝 Notes: a free-text notes tab for anything you want to remember
- 📸 Photos: attach photos to the activity record
- 📎 Documents: link documents (tickets, itineraries, receipts) to the activity
- ✅ Tasks: link tasks to an activity — useful for planning a trip or event
- 👥 Companions: record who was with you, from your People records
- 💰 Cost: log transactions against the activity to track what you spent
Activity heatmap
The Life Dashboard shows a heatmap calendar of your activity over the past year — similar to a GitHub contribution graph. More active periods appear darker, giving you a visual record of how much you have been doing.
