The Wealth Dashboard is your complete picture of what you own and what it can support. It brings together your financial position, property, vehicles, and insurance so you can see the shape of your wealth without jumping between different areas.
A note on the three dashboards: LifeAxis is split into three focused views - Wealth (what you own and what it allows you to do), Life (what you want to do - goals, habits, people, activities), and Plan (what you need to do - tasks and projects). This article covers the Wealth Dashboard.
Your sections
The Wealth Dashboard is made up of sections you can reorder and configure to suit how you think about your finances, assets, and future choices:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Net Worth | Your complete financial picture — assets minus liabilities, with breakdown by category |
| Bills | Your bills at a glance, with amounts, frequencies, and upcoming due dates |
| Monthly Plan | Month-by-month income and spend planning, with navigation between months |
| Properties | Property cards with valuation, mortgage balance, equity, and insurance and mortgage renewal status |
| Vehicles | Vehicle cards with key dates (MOT, tax, insurance, service) and RAG status indicators |
| Insurance | Policy cards with provider, type, premium, renewal date, and coverage status |
| Daily Finances | Bank accounts, credit cards, investment accounts, transactions, and monthly spend summary |
| Work | Your current employment — company, role, and length of service |
| Documents | Recently uploaded documents with file type, name, and upload date |
| Notes | Recent notes with title, preview, and last edited date |
Net Worth
The Net Worth section shows your total assets minus liabilities in a single masked figure. Tap to reveal it. A trend indicator shows how your net worth has changed over the past 30 days.
Net worth is calculated from all your accounts, investment accounts, properties, and general assets, minus credit card balances and mortgage outstanding balances. Use the balance tracking and history tools to keep the underlying figures accurate.
Daily Finances
The Daily Finances section brings together your bank accounts, credit cards, investments, and this month's transactions in one view. Bank balances are masked by default. Staleness indicators flag any account that has not been updated recently.
Daily Finances covers: bank account balances (manual or calculated from transactions), credit card utilisation, investment account values, and monthly spending with a breakdown by category and merchant.
Monthly Plan
The Monthly Plan section shows the current month's income versus committed outgoings. Your bills are pulled in automatically from your Bills data. Enter your income and see the surplus or shortfall at a glance. Plans can be left as a draft or finalised when you are ready to commit to the month.
Use the arrows to navigate between months and review how previous months were planned.
Documents
The Documents section shows your four most recently uploaded files — with file type icon, filename, upload date, and file size. Files are stored in your connected Google Drive and surfaced here from whichever entity they belong to (vehicle, property, insurance, or person).
Tap any document to open it directly, or tap the section header to browse your full documents list.
Notes
The Notes section shows your four most recently edited notes with a title, content preview, last edited date, and word count. Notes is a lightweight writing space for daily reflections, reference material, or anything that does not belong in a structured field elsewhere.
Tap any note to open it in full. Your daily note streak is shown alongside the section — writing a note each day builds the streak.
Needs Attention
The Needs Attention popover (flag icon, top right of the header) surfaces items across your Me data that may need action — expiring policies, upcoming vehicle dates, overdue bills, and missing information. Items are colour-coded: red for overdue, amber for upcoming, blue for information. You can snooze a suggestion or convert it directly into a task.
Customising your view
The Wealth Dashboard is fully customisable. Use the settings menu (top right) to adjust:
- Detail / Grid view — Detail shows each section in full; Grid gives a compact card-based overview sorted by urgency across all sections
- Edit mode — Reveals drag handles on each section so you can reorder them to match how you think about your finances and assets
- Show / hide sections — In edit mode, toggle individual sections on or off. Hidden sections are not shown in normal view but can be re-enabled at any time
- Collapse / expand — Each section has its own collapse control. You can also collapse or expand all sections in one action from the settings menu
- Reset to default — Restores the original section order and visibility
