The Weekly Planner shows your entire week as a time grid so you can see exactly where your time is going and where there is space to plan. Drag tasks into slots, click empty gaps to create new ones, and see your Google Calendar events and Strava activities alongside everything else.
What you can see
- 📅 7-day grid: one column per day, with time slots running down the page
- ✅ Tasks: scheduled tasks appear as blocks at their assigned time; unscheduled tasks are not shown here
- 📆 Google Calendar events: your calendar events appear as read-only blocks so you can plan around them
- 🏃 Strava activities: if Strava is connected, completed activities appear as blocks with type and duration
- ⬅️ Week navigation: use the arrows to move to the previous or next week
- 🔍 Zoom: zoom in for a closer look at a busy day, or zoom out for a wider overview
- 👁️ Show / hide completed: toggle completed tasks on or off to reduce visual noise
Scheduling tasks
- 1Open the Weekly Planner from the Plan Dashboard or via Projects
- 2Click an empty time slot to create a new task at that time — the task form pre-fills the date and time for you
- 3Drag an existing task block to a different slot to reschedule it
- 4Tasks must already have a duration set to appear as blocks — set duration on the task first
Strava sync
If you have connected Strava, your recent activities are pulled in automatically. Use the sync button (refresh icon in the toolbar) to fetch the latest activities from Strava at any time.
Opening fullscreen
For the most comfortable planning experience, open the Weekly Planner fullscreen from the Plan Dashboard. This gives you maximum space to work across the full week.
