Track the routines you want to build and maintain. Habits shows you today's completions, your current streak, and your history at a glance. Whether you are tracking exercise, hydration, reading, or anything else, LifeAxis keeps the record so you can focus on the doing.
What you can track
- 📅 Frequency: daily, weekly, or specific days of the week
- 🎯 Weekly target: set a target number of completions per week (e.g. 5 out of 7 days)
- 📏 Measurable quantities: track a specific amount per completion, with a custom unit — glasses of water, minutes of exercise, pages read
- 🔥 Streaks: current streak and longest streak displayed on every habit card
- 📆 Heatmap calendar: a GitHub-style heatmap showing your completion history for the past year
- 🔗 Goal linking: connect a habit to a goal so you can see how your daily actions contribute to a longer-term target
Getting started
- 1Add a habit using the + button in the Habits section, or ask Axel to add one for you
- 2Set the frequency and, if you want, a weekly completion target
- 3Add a quantity target if the habit is measurable
- 4Mark it complete each day from your Wealth Dashboard
Today's habits
The Habits section on your Wealth Dashboard shows only today's habits, so you can see at a glance what still needs to be done. One tap marks a habit complete.
Backdating
Forgot to log yesterday? You can backdate a completion to any past date from the habit record.
Alerts you'll see
LifeAxis surfaces a suggestion on your dashboard when:
- A habit streak is at risk because the habit has not been completed by the end of the day
- A streak hits a milestone (such as 30 days), to mark the achievement
Coming soon
- Habit analytics: completion rate by week and month, your best days, and a view of your longest streaks over time
- Habit templates: pre-built starting points for common routines like a morning routine, daily exercise, or hydration target
- Habit pause: temporarily pause a habit without breaking your streak, for example when you are on holiday
