Other parts of LifeAxis — vehicles, insurance, accounts, and documents — link back to the people you add here.
Getting started
- 1Add a household member using the + button in the My People section
- 2Enter their name, relationship, and date of birth
- 3Upload a profile photo if you want
- 4Add their driving licence details if they are a named driver on any vehicle
- 5Add their employment history to keep a complete work record
Personal details
- 👤 Identity: name, relationship type (spouse, partner, child, parent, sibling), and date of birth with automatic age calculation
- 📞 Contact details: email address and phone number
- 🖼️ Profile photo: upload and crop an avatar for each person
- 🗂️ Groups: organise household members into groups for easier management
Driving management
Track driving licences, penalty points, and incidents for every driver in your household. This information feeds directly into insurance quote preparation on any linked vehicle.
- 🪪 Licence details: licence number, licence status, photocard expiry date, and counterpart expiry date for older licences
- 📋 Licence categories: the full list of DVLA entitlement categories (A, B, C, D, and subtypes)
- ⚠️ Penalty points: record each endorsement with the offence code, date added, and expiry date — LifeAxis calculates your total active points automatically
- 📁 Incident history: log convictions, accidents, courses, and claims with dates and details
Work history
Keep an employment timeline for each household member.
- 💼 Employment records: job title, company name, company website, employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, self-employed, freelance), and industry
- 📅 Employment period: start and end dates, with a flag for the current role
- 🕐 Timeline view: a chronological history of all employment records for each person

LifeAxis surfaces a suggestion on your dashboard when:
- A driving licence photocard is within 90 days of expiry
