Every bill in LifeAxis can be assigned to a property. When you do, it appears in the property's Bills tab alongside every other bill for that property, giving you the total running cost in one view.
What appears in the Bills tab
Any bill with this property set as its entity link appears here. Common examples include:
- Mortgage or rent payments
- Gas and electricity
- Council tax
- Broadband and phone
- Ground rent and service charges (for leasehold properties)
- Buildings and contents insurance premiums
Monthly and annual totals
The Bills tab calculates the total monthly and annual cost of all linked bills. Bills with different frequencies (weekly, fortnightly, quarterly, annually) are normalised into a monthly equivalent so the total is accurate.
Managing linked bills
Bills are created and edited in the main Bills section of LifeAxis. To link a bill to a property, open the bill and assign it using the entity link field. The bill then appears in both the Bills section and the property's Bills tab.
Removing the link from a bill removes it from the property view but does not delete the bill.
