Vehicle Documents

The Documents tab on a vehicle lets you attach important files so they are always one tap away when you need them.

How documents are stored

Documents are uploaded directly from within LifeAxis and stored in your own Google Drive. LifeAxis handles the folder structure automatically, filing each document in the right place so your Drive stays organised without any manual effort on your part.

Document types

You can attach and label documents by type:

• V5C logbook
• MOT certificate
• Service records
• Finance agreement
• Insurance certificate
• Other

Each document shows its display name, type, date added, and any notes you have added.

Getting started

1. 1Open the Documents tab on your vehicle
2. 2Tap Upload document and select the file
3. 3Choose the document type
4. 4LifeAxis uploads it to Google Drive and files it in the correct folder automatically
5. 5Add a note if useful (garage name, what the service covered, etc.)

Support for OneDrive and iCloud Drive is on the roadmap.
